We only accept exchanges for damaged, defected or incorrect items.

In this case, kindly contact us within 3 days after receiving the order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to solve your problem and exchange the item.

Please note that in case you want to exchange the item with a different one, there are two important conditions:

1- The item you wish to exchange must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
1- The value of the new order should be equal or greater to the total value of the item(s) being exchanged.
