🔁 Exchanges

We accept item exchanges within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order, under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)

If the item you received is:

  • Defective
  • Broken
  • Missing parts
  • Different from what you ordered

We will exchange the item within 7 days at no extra cost, and delivery is free.

📌 The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

If the item is not defective but you wish to exchange it (for example, you didn’t like it or changed your mind):

  • Exchange is accepted within 7 days
  • A $3 delivery fee will be charged

💰 Refunds

Refunds are not accepted except in the following case:

  • If the item is defective and out of stock, making an exchange impossible

In this situation, a full refund will be issued after verification.


📸 Proof Requirement (Important)

To process any exchange or refund request, customers must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

We cannot take any action (exchange or refund) without receiving visual proof of the problem.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Requests made after 7 days
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Requests submitted without photos or videos

📩 How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)
