We deliver across all of Lebanon for a flat fee of $3, free on orders over $40.
Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement if confirmed.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
- Exchanges for a higher-value item require payment of the price difference.
